Can't Update WinStyles theme into library

I'm able to update all my dxthemes and dxpacks but not a WinStyles theme. I keep getting a page access error. Any ideas why? Does it have to do with my file or the site?

It's a conventional name with no punctuation. It's not 8.3 but there's nothing in it that should mess up any uploads. As I noted before, I was able to upload the dxtheme and dxpacks previously but no longer.

Success! The file I was attempting to upload was packaged in the older *.dxtheme.zip format. I downloaded and installed the latest version of WinStyles and repackaged it with the newer *.suite format and it uploaded just fine. Kona0197, it looks like you were on the right track.
