How come http://www.purehotmodels.com/portal/ is using the same design at wincustomize ??
I have no idea if the design i a "part" of phpNuke (or if they ripped wincus.) so thats why Im asking...

As Doomgaze previously said, it's a PHPNuke theme that that site just downloaded and used.
The actual ripped Universe Metal PHPNuke theme is being distributed by this web site:

The ripped theme is on this page (or thereabouts if they have added new themes since then) in their theme list.

there are plenty of phpnuke skin sites, best bet is to figure out who the author is and get ahold of them.
alot of sites use phpnuke for their content management.. and by alot i mean thousands upon thousands
going and blaming the sites for using it is kinda like blaming users on sites who don't know about wincust etc. using ripped wb skins, they just didn't know.
i'd rather see the community react is a more mature way than the typical "american" response of shoot first then ask questions or going on about being so sue happy.
but regardless, this is probably my last post for the next 6 months, take care everyone

But I sure as heck don't display em LMAO...well not online anyway...(where is the angel emoticon when u need it?)

I do have a question though...are we able to copy n paste any of the portions of skin programs that we've downloaded to use in paint (that's all I have 
) to make little 'good morning' tables or anything to post in message boards at msn groups? I really am not sure how all this works so.....so far I haven't ...also...are we able to use wallpapers from here to include in posts and pages at same?
I'll be checking back and of course will honour whatever decision is made cuz I'm a good girl (insert angel again)
