I found the article and thought ok yet another case of copy violation. This goes way beyond that. I did a Google search for the game itself and was shocked at the content of the game. I will tell you I don't usually get shocked by things.

Right up there with Abercrombie & Fitch and their "Two Wongs Make A White" t-shirt.
I guarantee sales are way up, which was the point of selling the game.

I, personally, think that the lawsuit is stupid. Nobody is going to confuse this with monopoly. It would be like Weird Al getting in trouble for his song parodies or something. I doubt that Hasbro will be able to prove decreased sales or consumer confusion over this one.....

I wonder if Mr. Chang would like a Chinopoly.(I didn't use a "k" because I am not racist) But, I have a few ideas for that one. I wonder if he would like it if we poked fun at problems in the Chinese or Asian communities?
