How to get rounded corners on context menus in Windows 10?
Tuesday, April 5, 2022 by greywindlina | Discussion: OS Customization
Could someone tell me if there's a way to get rounded corners on context menus? I have Start 11 and Curtains and uxthemed and so far I have no rounded context menus and can't find a solution. >.< Also Firefox rejects the rounded corners among some other programs such as Discord... '^^

Is there any Windows 11 Theme like with SecureUx? I rather like the one I have, but it doesn't include rounded context menus.

SecureUx is a program which removes the signature from themes without altering system files like UltraThemePatcherUx, and the like. Apparently it does it in a secure fashion.
Just one problem: It supports W10 and 8.1, but not W11 at this point. Maybe MS introduced so many taskbar, etc. changes, it cannot work.
Windowblinds and Start11 skin securely as well, but the dev team does a great job in keeping it functional despite MS's efforts to make everyone eat vanilla pudding.
Perhaps contact SecureUx's developers and ask?
I certainly would suggest trying Windowblinds11 and Start11.

SecureUx
I use UltraUXTheme Patcher which works in a similar way to SecureUX, i now have many Themes running that have Rounded Corners for Win 11, and all new Themes will have the same. That is the flip side of the coin, Themes are not for everyone, especially a new user (i am not saying you are a new user)as it takes a bit of skill if things go wrong.
WB 11 and Start11 is the safest way to customise your Win 11 PC. Me, i am Themes all the way as i love the functions in StartAllBack, and many more Themes intended for Win 10, can now easily be ported over to Win 11, something i am doing right now, Working on Batman, and will post screenshots in the correct section when finished.

SecureUx
Both Remove Signature verification, allowing Themes to be used, that is the similarity. There are several tools that can do this. SecureUx can use a theme Tool to achieve the same result, UltraUXThemePatcher , patches the system files once, allowing themes to be used again and again through personalise settings, SecureUx has to be run each time and not through the personalise, both do the same job ie allowing themes to be used.

Removing a signature, and removing a signature + "patching" (aka hacking) system files are two different things. The latter voids the warranty.

Yes we know Doc, I am a Violator Of Warranties, been doing this for a long while now with zero problems. I build all my own Kit from scratch, and have used custom builds for years, i rely on NO warranties, just me and my skillset, I walk My Own Path, doing things the way i want to, and it works well for me. Themes are here to stay and so is WBs, at least i am fair when discussing both in the forum, based on years of using both sides of the customising coin. Not everyone here can say that, can they.

Why make it personal, naroon1?
The point is that altering system files, and removing permissions is far less desirable than doing so, and that is the reason Stardock's software is more desirable than the alternatives.
Better, tell MS its GUI is crap, and ask them to allow people to change it more easily.

I make nothing personal Doc. It seems to stick in your throat about my use of Themes and StartAllback. Several of Stardocks programs are absolutely Brilliant and they have in the past, been my savior. I moved over to themes as they were ready for Win11 almost as soon as it was released(WB11 Was Not), and i love learning new ways of customising.
I do not have to tell or ask MS about their making there GUI easier to customise or make it easier to change, the reason for this is simple, I Change It Myself using software and my own Skillset, i can now create my own Themes, and completely change any Theme i already have, that is what i am about right now.
"Better, tell MS its GUI is crap"
Absolutely No Need Doc. They can do whatever they like with the GUI, i will just be proactive, get off my backside and do something about what they drop in my lap, and that is going very well for me. You often criticise MS for making it harder to change the GUI, what did they say to you when you complained after contacting them.

Nope, their policy of not letting one change it the easy way is crap. The Windows 11 GUI is pretty and elegant, just not fancy. I have to use it all the time (mumbles something about "no decent darkmode blinds" and runs away).

Hello,
From what I know, Curtains and Start11 can't do it. Windowblinds can do it, but, depend on applications. For example, WB Firefox menu don't skin. WB on MPC menu works. etc
Thanks
