I know there was a bug being fixed over a week ago regarding the ratings. I still can't see them... 
I'm a level 3 user...are they still being fixed or do I need to do something different in order to view them? Thanks.

Thank you for you reply. I would like to view the ratings and I was able to do so until about two weeks ago. I did read the postings...that's why I waited before inquireing. I bacame a member back in early June, however, when I have had a question or problem Stardock Support never replies. >

Try going to 'Edit Account' and cross-reference your accounts......

I already did that.....I don't know if this is germane, but I bought Windowblinds in June and Icon Packager last month and according to my profile I'm a level 3 user. I'm relatively new around here and I read something about people having their filter or something set at a certain number in order to view ratings, but I have no clue what that means and I can't find the post where I read it. Anything else I can try? Thank you for your help!

If you go to 'Edit Account' it's in the bottom section. Here's a copy/paste from there...

OK Fuzzy Logic,
I changed the number from 5 to 1 on the "show the skins with this rating".... still no ratings...was that what I was supposed to change? Thank you for your help.

I think you might still be involved in the 'server bug' thingy. I'd give it a little more time and I think all will be fixed.

Hmmm, might be a cookie problem. Logoff Wincustomize then click this link https://www.wincustomize.com/killcookies.asp It will delete all WC cookies. Then log back on, see if that works.
