Icons are not working anywhere NEAR the quality of my Nexus Winstep Pro

My Nexus setup is WAY more complex than this setup on my laptop by a wide mile. 3 simple docks, and I can't get these icons to show up on the docks and link to the proper programs.
I've tried changing the icons at the source ( exe.), changing the icons at my external SSHD, and making a folder of the chosen icons which remain on the local HD.
NO DICE.
Let's see if I can get a picture to attach.

Object Dock works perfectly on the OS[s] for which it was designed...

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, you're referring to Stardock's Object Dock, yes? And from your screenshot I believe you on Windows 10, which is not supported by ObjectDock. Hope the screenshot will help you see it clearly.
