New Problem - Error with settings

This happens when trying to launch any settings.

22478.1012. I missed the chance to opt out of the Dev-Build. Path is there. Is there a purge file for start11? I think I will need to go back to the beginning now after a myriad of changes.

What version of Windows 11 are you using?
Does that file path exist?
