Pondering a Update

Thursday, October 14, 2021 by 3java3 | Discussion: Start Menu Products

Hello. I am running Start10 on WIndows 10 20H2. I am wondering if I should try Start11, or....wait a few more weeks and see if Start11 comes out of beta, and is truly ready? Is there a timetable for it to come out of beta? Hopefully finished in time by November 1st? I am just guessing. Not sure what to do at this point. I do know that I would like to upgrade eventually, but stay on Win 10.  Thanks!

The current build is 0.91. I am guessing that means that they are about 91 percent done with the final product. The latest build took care of the most annoying bugs and the few bugs I am still seeing are pretty minor at this point. I think the rest of the build may be a few more design features and maybe even requests from users as to what they believe is missing from the build.

As for a timetable, I don't like those. Look what Microsoft did with windows 11, that was an unfinished product that they released all because they were more concerned with holiday sales then extending beta.

I hope that helps.
