They were rude beyond belief, ignorant as a chimp at a Cotillion; just plain nasty and mean souled.
As far as what was said about everyone as a group I found it rather funny.
But it was the pointed rudeness at one selected person that twisted me without doubt.
One prime example of what has been attempted to be explained many times now about emails sent to admins and such...
