New RPC vulnerabilities

Wednesday, September 10, 2003 by Xerraire | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I was so grateful for the posting of the RPC vulnerabilities, I went through the Blaster ordeal unscathed. For that kindness, as soon as the news reached my mail of yet another RPC vulnerability, I thought to return the kindness.

"Microsoft released a critical alert today, warning of three critical
vulnerabilities in how Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is implemented in
Windows. The flaws are found in Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows
XP and Windows Server 2003."

Here is to the community and looking out for one another
