strange..no action

just bought it via paypal, but didnt receive a download link,( that was yesterday)
Does not show up in my downloads either, but my order shows up, anyone experienced this ?
Bought it once more , this time in chrome , not edge, got the pop up with downloadlink, clicked it , new page opened, but nothing happened, pushed F5... then it started to download....
both orders shows up on my order page, and now its also in my download page, but only once...any ide what that was ? Edge...?

yes I know that, but the skin did not show up there yesterday, not until I bought it a second time, but nevermind, that was not a very useful answer, I got the skin the second time, just thought it would be useful to tell you that there was a problem that I thought you would like to look into and not just point to a manual
