Stadock Central - extremely slow download speeds

Hi, I'm not complaining here, but just want to understand what the problem is. Currently my download speeds are between 30 to 900 "BYTES" per second, yes, bytes. I'm still waiting for a reinstall I'm doing for ObjectBar (2MB) and it has been taking over an hour . . . and I'm on cable! I can download 2MB anywhere else in less than a minute.
I posted a message about this last month and was told to switch between the California server and the Atlanta server, so I tried switching to California and it was good for a while and now it's back to the same speeds.
If things are so congested, does anyone know if Stardock is going to get more servers, or improve things?

We're working on the bandwidth issue. We are also in the process of adding more servers. It's just taking a bit of time to work out the details and get the new servers set up to ship out to the co-lo.
The bandwidth gets maxed (and we have *a lot* of bandwidth) and slows everything down. Should be fixed soon.
