Logout or Login not Working (FIXED)

Been going on for a while now, but if I am logged in to the site, I cannot log out, and if I am logged out I cannot log in. This problem occurs on Chrome and Edge, latest versions, and on 2 different computers. Latest Windows 10 on both.

If you try with an incognito \ in-private browser window, does it still happen?

Nope, I only have one extension on Chrome, turned it off, problem still exists. No extensions at all on Edge.
