Stardock store lets you purchase themes of days gone by but won't let you download them this is not a good look

Oh Hi, I purchased premium themes software from the stardock website the download links do not work & even from within my account no way to get the software I've purchased I wanted to make sure I had everything that could be purchased & a lot of these themes are no longer working I have the receipts but no software

If you have purchased it, it should appear in your products/download page below : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
Try that, and let us know if you still have problem downloading it.

No! Nothing shows up there it's impossible the website outdated past its use by date

Oh hello again! I know we can only try our best but this isn't working I've tried to tell you there is no download available in My Account so please stop being silly & find my software you'd be a better man than I if you could stop maybe it will take you to find the software & email it to me as this is definitely not working the website is Kaput always smile Never Give up
