What amount of contribution will make me a level 3 user?

I don't have any Stardock products, so I obviously have to follow the suggestions laid out in the site if I want to become a level three user. It said that I must contribute by making skins, posting msgs, etc. Exactly how much must I contribute so I can have the ability to rate wallpapers???

Styl Skinner, been here over 2 years. JTB is a journeyman.As for me, I did what it says to do to get promoted. ( scribe, power user) are the same thing as a journeyman.

I.R.---She claims she doesn't have the patience to teach me. I wouldn't upload Bryce or Terregan if it didn't look better than whats uploaded and mine didn't. With all the bitching I do about a lot of Bryce looking the same, how could I justify uploading more of the same. I'd feel like an idiot. Hope you understand.
Styl--About time you figured it out. I deleted all the crap I made a long time ago. Thats why I couldn't put it in my desktop. Almost did another one when some people were uploading joke Walls last week, but couldn't bring myself to do that as I would have felt bad as I can upload without going thru moderation, and that would have abused the position I have.
