Site Creates Download Limit Even Though I Have Purchased Programs

Happy New Year.
I have asked Stardock for assistance and they told me to come to the forum. I have owned Deskcapes and Fences for a number of years and could always download unlimited Dreams but for some reason, the site now forbids me to download more than a few and gives me a limit.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you so much if you do!
