was rejected , and maybe the reason why ..

What is the reason for rejecting my dream?
COMMAN1978, looks like the rejection email wasn't complete...I receive copies of all emails sent and yours was missing clarification.
Wincustomize.com's galleries are moderated to maintain a reasonable standard of acceptance and also to limit what could become a flood, particularly an issue with Wallpapers, and to only a slight lesser degree - Dreams.
This one was reviewed and found to be perhaps a little too 'subtle' or simplistic with the animation...
