How 2 make Shutdown/Restart button on Object Dock?

hi, i have object dock v.95 and i luv it but i cannot figure out how to make a shortcut for Shutdown/Restart. if anyone can tell me, it'd be greatly appreciated, thanks!

but there has to be some way besides a 3rd party thingy to do this simple thing.
