Doing the big update! Hope it works. Windowblinds 10.8 so I should be covered. Anyone else get the latest, May Win10 build?

Kind of like getting a tooth pulled.

EDIT:
I took the plunge and upgraded to 1903. As usual Windows decided it didn't like my icons and changed them back to the default buttfugly ones. I had to reapply Office and another thing. It changed up my download folder.

How does one get a copy of Windows 1903, for it's not available through Microsoft, unless you can get it through the Windows Insider Program?

I just updated to 1903 and applied the light theme. It made all the icons in the taskbar black and now you can see them if you use a white WB theme.

With 2 reports on this short thread why would anyone want to update something that has reported known problems. Why would one want to update when the window version on ones computer doesn't offer it. At least if it was available through the normal windows that would be one thing but it's not.
Even from the link above Microsoft says this ---------"When the Windows 10 May 2019 Update is ready for your device, it will be available to download from the Windows Update page in Settings"
Just saying. Being first isn't always a good thing.

Microsoft adds a Windows.old folder to your This PC folder so if things don't work right you can go back.
I received mine through Windows Update.

Well, I upgraded my Dell laptop to v1903... and it screwed up virtually all Windowblinds skins in one way or another. I found that it forced the taskbar buttons to look like the standard Windows 10 crap and it forced the clock text color to be black in some skins. That was enough for me to revert back to Windows 10, v1809. All is well now.

The update took a long time and then the reboots. So far everything is good. I think it's crazy how on some PC's updates work fine but on other PC's not so good. I suppose that's because there's so many different brands. Unlike Apple where there's just Apple. So far everything is fine.

Tom I have no problems with any skin applied, in fact the older skins that have animations had glitches and now they're gone. The only thing I noticed is it takes a little longer for a theme to be applied.

I did notice that the calculator doesn't have titlebar buttons. Might just be an app or WB thing.

I can confirm that it does take a bit longer for a theme to be applied. I checked the calculator and that's properly skinned. No other problems yet.

Tom you were right v1903 screwed up my taskbar buttons. They were fine in the beginning for some reason now they look like the standard 10 buttons on all skins, but the clock changes according to the skin.

I was notified on my laptop that the 1903 update was ready, told it to go ahead, it ran thru it's paces, failed, and now it isn't available.

WindowBlinds (and Skinstudio) needs a complete overhaul to be working no matter what M$ comes up with (for most part) or there will need to be an update every 3 weeks,
With W10, version 1903, Stardock is now selling a product that now doesn't work with Windows 10.

It's still not telling me it's out there, and I'm sure not going out to chase it.
