WindowBlinds 4.6 glitching on Windows 2000 Professional [VirtualBox machine]
Saturday, May 4, 2019 by TypicalWWWUser | Discussion: WindowBlinds
Hello! At first - I am new to this site, as well as to this forum. My English can be kind of bad as it's not my main language that I use every day.
My problem - I am running Windows 2000 Professional vm, for some personal purposes. I have WindowBlinds 4.6 installed on it. When I try to change skin, to basically any from available Windows 2000 starts glitching like crazy... Generally also hangs (kind of... cause some things are clickable and still can be moved around...) until I log off or restart Windows 2000... Sometimes glitched element of "applied" skin can be seen...
List of other programs that are installed on my vm if needed - Unofficial SP 5.1 for Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 2000, Unofficial Update Rollup 2 for Windows 2000 (ENU), Unofficial Updates Rollup v11 [daily 20141130] for Windows 2000, ObjectBar v1.60 Build 628 (Maybe one or even a few of them can cause problem? I have some pretty average knowledge about these things and computers in general, but I am not a genius...)
Single screenshot of what I mean attached below [after trying to apply SouLuna theme by Morphium] (Windows XP taskbar comes from ObjectBar program):

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for information. What if I tried with WindowBlinds 3.4 or maybe some other version older than 4.3? Any chances for it to work?

You could try an older WB. It might work if you can find it. I think the versions 3.xxx is for Win 95 and 98.

The older WindowBlinds programs aren't supported. From what I've experienced WB 5.0 is the most stable. Stardock will not release any of the old legacy programs.
I have an XP machine the latest version of WB I have saved is version 4.3 which causes problems.
