recent downloads don't work...

any recent skins, walls, anything really havent worked, the preview doesn't work and theres no file found when trying to download...theres been alot of really really good work released lately and the only way to view it is that tiny picture in the comment window.
is this a server problem? or a computer problem? some people can download it, some can't.
i'm sorry if this has been discussed, i didn't see any threads with the topic, can anyone please help me?

yeah, that works, if you open teh links to teh screenshots or downloads in a new window, replace "stardock.com" with "wincustomize.com" it works. i think there was an earlier problem not too long ago with everything point ing wincustomize.net instead of wincustomize.COM. hope this clears up teh issues.

Never said it would fix the previews, just the downloads, but the problem is the same. I don't think anyone wants to copy/paste and correct the address for every picture! 
Self serving??...after about a gazillion emails you're damn right! ..but it also serves everyone else who is having the same problem with any of the new skins here. I know my mailbox was not the only one that runnith over! I just went the extra yard and figured it out. Now everyone with new skins up can post the proper url for their download in their comments section rather than having a bunch of comments that tell them their skin can't be downloaded.
I'm sure if you had any new skins up you'd be in the same boat and could relate.

BillyBoy...if you mean...how do you edit your posts here...you have to have a certain user-lever for that ability. Apprentice on up and user level 4 I think.

For the last 2 days I can not see any previews of wallpapers like others have said. Wallpapers uploaded previously show up as before but everything since last Friday, June 6th is grayed out with no preview. What's up? Jim

Guys...mellow out...sometimes errors crop up on the weekends and the regular tech-admins are not here to address those issues little lone fix them but I but you it will be smooth as butter come Monday evening so just give it a bit of time.

It's an issue only with people who are at a level "2" (which means that you haven't purchased anything).
We have two servers. the one that serves the paid customers is faster
than the other one. There is a dns or IP issue on the other one, and
that is why it's not working correctly. It is in the process of being
fixed.
