How can I tweak file explorer and apps that block themes with buttons on left?

Greetings,
I found out how to move the titlebar buttons to the left in Skin Studio. However there is an issue that I'd like to fix. It does it in File Explorer and some Microsoft Apps such as Paint. I don't know exactly what it is but it's really annoying. Is there a way I can move or tweak this to get it to look and function properly? Thanks for reading!

Nevermind, I just found another program that can do it. No problems so far but if you plan to use it make a restore point first.
