Skinning WB help...

I cant seem to figure how to skin the Min,Max and Close buttons and the mouse over colour in the start menu and also the background for the All Programs...using SkinStudio

I applied a skin i was working on and now the Show common tasks in folders has gone and i cant get it back, any ideas?
