Has anyone created an animated skin or is that beyond reach?

I made a poor attemt to create an animated skin. Needless to say, the experiment failed 
§tatic makes mention of a few animated skins on the other post, and the only other animated skin I have seen and used, is the default Aquarium skin on WindowBlinds.
