Window Blind Called Newbie

Author is Ingui...have tried several times to download this file and it will not load into my window blinds program. What is wrong?

right click on the download link and choose 'save link as'. save it where u want but change the extension from wba to zip. then extract the zip using winzip or winrar. inside will be the wba u need. click on the wba inside the zip. that should install the skin for u
