FOLDER PORTAL WILL NOT DELETE

Created a folder portal for excel documents. I moved the folder itself and now the details header for the folder portal is gone and the contents aren't there. I can't use the folder portal either. NO I CAN NOT HOVER OVER THE CORNER AND USE THE X BUTTON TO DELETE. Can not right click on it, can't use fences settings. YES I uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it. STILL THERE. ALL OF THEM. I looked for the config file and deleted it as well. still there. I'm extremely tech savvy and still can not figure this out. when i google the issue, i only get posts with giddy people about how happy they are to have folder portals. Its just irritating at this point.
PLEASE HELP FIX THIS ISSUE
