Can I safely uninstall Icon Packager from Windows 10 Fall Creators Update?

I'm having an issue with icons not displaying properly in one of my applications. I've already used Icon Packager 10.02 to restore the default icons, but that didn't help. I thought I'd uninstall Icon Packager next, but wanted to make sure this was OK. I seem to remember something about uninstalling IP being a problem in some circumstance. Thanks for your help.

That worked! Thank you! Hard to believe that just deleting one key would fix the problem, but it did
