1st timer; My downloads won't work. Please Help!!!

I can't get my Blinds, Icons or FX's to work. I've unzipped but when I double click it will ask how I want them to be zipped!?! CursorXP started the same way but i've got that working now. I've tried to "Save Target As" but when I right-click and go to Appearance it doesn't give me an option to add. I'm running XP Home. Can anyone help!!!

You will need
- WindowBlinds
- IconPackager
- WindowFX

At the top of the sections from which you have downloaded the skins you will find links to download these programs.
