Basic Grey theme for windows 10?

Like cinnamon dark on linux

Are there any simple dark theme's for windows 10, some of the pre-installed themes for Windowblinds 10.x let you customize the colors for specific window attributes, but I cannot get dialog boxes and explorer windows "dark" like you can in Linux:

 Actually 7Dusk looks more what I am looking for, sadly, it apparently isn't designed for WB 10.5x, I install it but it does not show up in WB.

Open WindowBlinds Config and click on the  small gear at top right. From the drop-down menu select  Rebuild list.
