Crap, the first comment to reinstall, ignore unless nothing you do fixes it.

Runtime Error 51 I get with so much stuff. But I don't reinstall the stuff. I either have to try again, reboot then try again, or quit a couple programs then see if it works. Out of one of them, I usually get to use the program I'm looking for. I found popup blockers and things like that causes errors like that with some stuff.
Just some stuff from my experience with the error. Not exactly with the same program, just other things.
