The story was put over in a humorous way, but the way MS is going about promoting Win 10 <read, trying to force it down PC users throats> is so unfunny it's damned miserable and downright criminal.  I used to trust and respect Microsoft, but not any more.  Now I lump MS in with Apple, Google and bankers, as companies/people I neither like or trust.

Thing is, I've had little to nothing to do with lawyers, not that it excuses me for forgetting them... I'm sure there's enough black hearted ones around that I could lump in with MS, Apple, Google and bankers.  Sadly, the worst of the worse seem to keep getting away with the worst of things.

Its all a conspiracy, misdirection, to keep our minds elsewhere and even when. If you're lookin' somewhere else you ain't lookin' at them. Kinda, sorta. 

I get what you're sayin', Uvah... while we're looking around one corner looking at Win 10 distractions, they're around another corner doing even dirtier deeds behind our backs... unwatched and uninterrupted.

Yup, makes sense.  They're probably working on AI [Artificial Intelligence] cos the company is sadly lacking since this Win 10 fiasco.

And because of all this 'phone home' shit in Win 10, and cos I ain't got 3 hands, I've resorted to placing some Blu tac over the lens of my webam while I'm watching p0Rn.  I mean, I don't want a bunch of preverts watching me while I'm being a prevert, do I?

Oh, and another insidious bunch of insidious wannabes with self serving agendas that I don't like, and possibly far more insidious than the others [except for Microsoft], is global warming scientists.  In fact, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if it's Microsoft who's providing these insidious l'l twats with the modelling programs they use to 'predict' all sorts of weird shit.... like sea levels rising 50ft by 2020; the moon falling out of the night sky; the sun baking free range eggs before farmers can collect 'em.... and such.

Sea levels rise and fall naturally.

Actually the moon is creeping further and further away from Earth at a rate of an inch a year due to tidal effects from the Earth and the sun. It'll be a few million years before we lose it all together.

In Death Valley maybe.

I know that!  The people you should be telling is those fechen idiot global warming freaks who feed crap into a computer to get even worse crap out that'll scare people into giving up some [if not all] of their creature comforts.

Again, tell the global warming freaks the moon ain't falling on top of us any time soon.... if ever.  Fact is, the moon is creeping further away cos it's worried about what Earth's crazy politicians might put up there to so-say keep the peace, etc.

Now tell me, fer fech's sake, wot crazy farrmer's gonna let his chickens 'free-range' in Death Valley?   Fer a start, I just don't see how heat-exhausted chickens are gonna lay freshly boiled, fried, scrambled or poached eggs. 

Nope, the only mob who's gonna allow free-range chickens in Death Valley is KFC... then all they gotta do is add the breadcrumbs and 11 herbs and spices to the perfectly cooked birds.

I don't blame MS for this, I blame the computer techs. These high powered companies hire people who don't know what they are doing. I'm not a computer tech but I know how to stop Win 10 updates. This is why companies are getting hacked cause no one is minding the store. Put down your game controller and pay attention to your job.

Amazingly enough, I've never once read anything in the forum ban game threads.  And nothing in them bothers me in the least.

The forum ban game threads don't leak into other threads.  This is not the first time the global warming thread has leaked into other threads, much like a pus-filled sore leaks.
