Why are you on such an old build?
That's the beta from December.
Upgrade to the release or later beta build and see if you still have the problem.

Hm, this was the latest I was offered.
Uninstall, reboot and reinstall.
I think files were not replaced correctly (something I keep on yelling about internally)

Problem is still there, but my context menu problem is gone.
Tried other skins, they have the same problem.
