ok, what does this mean? Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'

Server was probably just busy. Worth trying again.

I would sign off your ISP, reboot the computer, sign back on again and retry the upload.... hope that helps ya..

Yes, it's just a busy server message............... ignore the instructions,(don't know why that message comes up for non-admins)............ just try, try again.
