Um, Windowblinds crash.

I was working on a new skin and when I reloaded it to test the common tasks part of explorer disappeared. So I tried reloading and they're still gone, tried switching to classic folders then back- still gone, tried a new skin- still gone, tried a system reset- still gone...

Heh, I turned it off and kicked it real good. Now it works again.
