ive been a fan of your website for some time now...wallpapers...icons...etc..and u still provide icons and cursors and stuff..But when you say you have the finest collection of wallpapers on the web..youre dead wrong..first of all you have to sign in ...and after about 100 wallpapers it pormpts you to become a full fledged member..themexp.org doesnt do that...you have mostly abstract and repeated wallpapers that have just been updated..themexp.org doesnt have that......what im saying is your wallpapers arent that great and your to picky about how one can obtain any wallpaper of their choice...themexp.org has awesome collections of everything and anything...more wallpapers than you..and doesnt require you to forcefully sign on to enjoy your viewing pleasure...In conlusion most of your wallpapers SUCK...you need to stop being so uptight about them...and last but not least when you put up a name for yourself like "the finest wallpapers on the web" dont forget there's always something better than yours...thank you and have a nice day...AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.....!!!!!

She downloaded 221 megs of stuff. It's really hard to take her argument seriously.
I personally think Digital Blasphemy has the best walls out there but it costs several dollars per month. ThemeXP is free when it's up though.

just to add... this isn't a wallpaper site, the wallpapers here only exist to complement the skins... this is a skinning site, I am happy for the people to make wallpapers here and upload them, they do a great job, but very few are available because this is Skinning site, you come here to download SKINS... but I consider making a wallpaper to be a starting point... almost everyone moves on after that to other, more complex things... 
and of course as Jafo was hinting if you don't like it here go away... you won't be missed

She has a point with repetitive abstracts though. Glassy spheres, pipes, hoses, in blues, greens, greys, oranges...spikes...I know, my taste is not the average, but I get quickly desinterested when I look at some. I had a dispute with Jafo long ago, but he is actually a great help for this site and as such I appreciate his efforts and time. It shouldn't be a big deal if you can't find some that will stay for a long time on your puter. There are lots of other sites within the community that can provide for your liking. frankly, for me, this is the second group of peoples I've ever attempted to be a part of because of the fact that everyone here makes it the best. No one helps fund such a thing without caring about it and the people making use of it, and no one does it allowing some to make use of it for free without caring about sharing also. Yes there is a sales function, but that is a natural thing and it really hits me as moronic that some refuse to accept it.
Almost as if WinC and StarDock are the Welfare system for skinning or something...
Then you have some who leech and then complain about how stupid people are for doing walls and skins and themes, icons, etc and giving it away.

anyway...
Frogboy and all the rest who make this place happen from the hardware, concept and funding part which is out of pocket, thank you.. FOr everyone who creates the great things oe finds here and shares them freely, thank you also, and to those like myself who make use of these things, thank you too for your desire of seeking what you can find of perfection from those who provide the graphics and hardware, bandwidth, (logistics) everyday operations and moderation, all of you make this place fantastic...

for one thing i am thoroughly disgusted with ur open expression of this topic. If u have something against the artwork on this site preferabally keep it to yourself. There are many artists/skinners who visit the message board and i am sure they dont like to see someone openly saying taht the work they spent days and days on "sucks."
Secondly "finest collection of wallpapers on the web" is simply an opinion which may i say is supported by many of us here at wincustomize.
