I've been foiled, please help!

I open my component manager but it will not detect that object dock is available, i can't download it from the stardock site either, where can i get it from?

Object Dock doesn't show up in the component manager - that could be why. 
The object dock site is https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/ - the download link works perfectly for me.
