1: How many characters are allowed in a windowblinds skin name? Wincustomize protocol.
2: Is it possible to change an uploaded skin name without loosing the downloads? IOW Updating a skin with a new name. I never done that before and wonder if it will destroy the current downloads.
3: WHy won't the first frame in the XP start menu panel background show in the alpha? 2 images tiled but only miced over image shows.
4: Why did the US govt have to spend millions of dollars to determine if it is colder on a cloudy day? Are they recluses where they don't go outside?
5: THis one is for the US govt. Is it colder in the city or the country.

See what happens if you take out the FrameCount=2 statement.
Set Alpha=254

This problem only happens with the alpha version. With 3.5 the first frame shows.
