I am a beginner at this...how do I upload new icons and clocks and other things

I need help, I am new to this. I have downloaded what I like but I need help in downloading it. If anyone could point me in the right direction or tell what to do, I would appreciate it.

Not sure how new you are but just in case when you see the Link sign, just double click on it and it will hopefully give you the answer you are looking for.
