WinStyles/ Object Bar/Start Bar

I 've downloaded WinStyles Safardana and XP Fashion and everything was O.K. The program builded up all details like woindows, skins icons but no object bar and start bar. The object bar and start bar remained the same as they were originally with Win ME. My OS is Win ME. Can anybody advise.
Futhermore I've noticed that if I download other object bars from the object bar library my start bar icons which are situated at the bottom right of the desktop like power saver,hardware icon, screen etc. disapear. The only one which remain are the clock and loudspeaker icons.How can I reactivate the existing icons?

Safardana & XP Fashion probably do not include an Objectbar in the theme.
After loading Objectbar, you may need to re-boot because Trayserver needs to load before the tsr's in order to display the icons.

It's pretty strange. None of start bars I tryed to download couldn't be downloaded. Only the skins.
Can anybody explain the reason.
