Some help plz

I recently downloaded WindowBlinds and every time i turn on my comp this annoying message pops up telling me to buy a bunch of stardock products. Is there any way I can stop this message from popping up? Someone please clarify.

My cousin works for a large distributor of software titles and he gives me an insane discount mainly because he is the manager (I'm talking about 75 to 90%!!!) and that's why I have a cool library of programs I don't know how to use.....except for Bryce a little and PS7 which he gave to me as a gift. If any one wants a discount let me know and I will try my best. He was talking about quiting though so time is short
