Question about uploading

Hello.
So, I decided to make a start button for myself. Once done, I was quite happy with it, so I decided to upload it, but now I can not seem to find it by either searching for it or checking Last Uploaded. I assume that the file must be accepted or something like that, so I wonder how long it will take before it's visible and downloadable for other people.

Yeah. Just got the mail that it was. Though I realised that I'd missed a thing, so I changed the file. Guess I'll have to wait for approval again.

Thank you! So, just to be clear; if I am to change the file, it will need to be approved. Of course. But if I'd change the description, title or Preview Picture, will it still need re-approval?

Actually, I hate to disagree with Jafo, he should know, but unless something has been changed recently, you CAN edit the description without having to be re approved.
If I am wrong, I'd like to know.
EDIT: I just edited the description on a skin. No reapproval needed. Could be a master thing, dunno. I always have been able to.

Has anyone else had an issue in installing the Sound Packager? My security will not allow it.
