On Entertainment Tonight something was said regarding eminem. All I could think of was the yummy candy coated chocolate.

I was thinking about you and your diet the other day. I assume it is going well? Of course excepting the cravings. I hope you don't see a commercial for M&M's, those big chocolate guys and all.

Staying the course. It's not that it's that difficult, but chocolate is perhaps the hardest thing to resist.

I went Cold Turkey when i quit smoking, Worked like a Charm. I tried the same technique on M&M's and Hershey Kisses...Crash and Burn every time >
