HELP! Windows 2000 Taskbar/Start Menu + Windows Blinds

Hi, Ive installed Windows Blinds full but regardless of which skin I try use, my Start Menu wont skin, and parts of the taskbar (system tray). Anyone know what the deal is, everything else seems to look fine as far as windows, buttons and scrollbars go.

Windows 2000 is not capable of skinning the startmenu and the tray/taskbar, that's why. If You want it to look like in Windows XP, You need Objectbar also.

The author of that skin has probably only skinned the XP components. Try this skin in the link below and see if that works ok, repost with any findings...
