HELP, I'm having trouble logging in!

I'm using the right username and password, however, every time I hit the button to submit my info, it fails logging in and it brings me to a page that is down. Is anybody else having trouble logging in???

I cleaned out all my Temp, Temporary Internet files, and cookies and it is still bringing me up to that page that is down.
And somehow when I go back to wincustomize.com it still remembers me as Polakinds.
The reason I'm trying to log out and back in is because I got to that "100mb" limit of downloading wallpapers. I checked the size of how many I downloaded and it hasn't even reached 100mbs yet...Oh well... Thank you for your help though

Will my limit go back to 0mb in a certain period of time so that I can download more another day?

Nope...Once you've reached your max, you have to contribute in some way. Skin something, help out on the message boards for awhile, buy a product/service, etc.

If I helped out on the message boards how would they know to lower my limit? What in particular would I do? hehe Sorry, but I'm a total newbie on here!

because they notice when you help others, it could be something as simple as someone having a problem with a printer, or, don't know how to turn their sound back on after turning it off.
