Style XP or WindowBlinds?

Just wondering which program people think is best, WindowBlinds http://www.windowblinds.net/ or Style XP http://www.tgtsoft.com/

I´ve tested Style XP first. I tried to download some skins....I TRIED!! Download doesn´t work(!) or downloadtime was up to 30 min. or more. Forget it!
Then I found WindowBlinds. (used Google) I installed it, downloaded my fav skins in "turbotime". WindowBlinds IS better, cause there are many more skins available and many tools too. What do you want more?

wait till you try Windows Blinds 4 it's some kick arse shat...
