There was a original star trek episode
where an alien from outer space tricked
everyone into fighting and fed off it.
I wouldn't rule this out.
How would you stop the alien.
In star trek they stopped fighting when they
discovered what was going on,
and the alien left defeated.

Embraer Legacy 600 Business jet
Max fuel capacity: 2,765 gallons
I use 20 gallons a month in my car.
I can run my car 11.5 years on one tank of fuel
for the Business jet DiCaprio.
