About personnal threads

Wednesday, February 5, 2003 by paxx | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Please, we don't want any personnal threads here, nor do we want the whole Wincustomize community involved in two or three people wars.

If you ahve a problem with someone, please take it by email. The whole world doesn't need to know about it.

We are so interconnected here, that when one stumbles, we all fall.

he said - she said - they said, was old back in junior high...

I guess the old saying "get a grip" would be pointless..

ditto paxx.

jake be that as it may, it doesn't mean people become childish and age has nothing to do with that either...

I am not trying to diminish personal feelings or what have you with that statement, but there are better manners in which to deal with things than slinging mud, and such in a public forum. It is kind of like showing your butt on the play ground in some respects.

That is not directed at anyone specific but applies to all, including myself in a general sense.

Often circumstances outside of this community, and those inherent with its methods of communication can be difficult to keep things in perspective.
We try as much as possible to keep what occurs on the site as harmonious as possible.

Personality clashes and mis-understood comments cause global wars....they will not be allowed to do so here, however...

I simply meant, that we must respect the community as a whole, or else we all will be dragged down into the "mud"

jake, thats cool, and your correct of course. The thing is, if allowed to happen, things can get so blown out of proportion with people investing deeply held convictions and emotions in one direction or the others that things can explode outright or implode when it all comes snapping back together.

It's not just here, but in chat channels, other message boards, any type of community for that matter.

Which is exactly why it shouldn't be allowed to take root.
To keep things together for everyone who are a part of things.

anyway... mmm, nough from the wackybobo party on my part

I've spent the last 9 months without worry about food in the fridge for the first time in about 10 years. Both sons are now out on their own and don't come in and eat everything in sight!!!
