Windowblinds 4.0 only for paying people?

I was just wondering is there is a place to download Windowblinds 4.0 for level 2 people like there was for the earlier versions? If there is, I can't find it.

No, as far as I know, it is one of the great advantages of being an Object Desktop customer: you have exclusive access to all alpha and beta versions. If you don't want to pay, you'll have to wait for a shareware version of the final product.
