I went back to the one i used with my first theme when applied it works but if I edit I get this message when ever I apply but it all still works
Object required: 'desktopx.Object(...)'
Line: 36
Code:
(not available)
can I just delete line 36 in script

I doubt it. Best to just get a different script. Easy enough.

i used to consistently have problems with DX crashing and hosing my themes. That was one of the few things that was consistent about it!

If you haven't loaded another, check the app data folder for a folder called Current Theme. The parts should be there, if that helps.
For future work, save in two places. sViz made a widget which I use, it has saved my ass a few times. It automatically saves the theme every so often, timing set by me.
