Windows Blind 3.5 and Win 98Se

Monday, January 13, 2003 by Bushman | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I had to change back to Win 98 because some of the games I would like to be able to finish don't work right with XP. My question is will the new windowblinds that have been created work with win 98? I would hate to have to give up all these great looking skins. Thanks.

Yes they will! If you want the XP style start menu though, you'll need ObjectBar too.

Have you thought about trying a dual boot? Win98 on the C: drive first and then XP on another partition. Works well with Win98 and Win2k.

9x and XP can share the one partition, BTW..

XP has an option to run programs, games, and other apps in compatability mode for other versions from Win 95 and up. Has worked for me.

First thanks for the replies. I have thought of dual partions but haven't needed it.
